0165 (2)(a) Licensor observed that postings were mounted with push pins, which may pose a choking hazard if they become detached from the wall. 0165 (2)(b)(c) Licensor observed three window blinds with accessible cords in the childcare space, posing safety concern. 0165 (2)(f) Licensor observed the sliding glass door did not have any stickers or visual markers to prevent children from accidentally walking into it. 0165 (3)(f) Licensor observed all shelving units, including the television, needs to be securely mounted to prevent injuries or equipment from tipping over. 0165 (4) (c)(i) Licensor observed the bathroom light fixture contained glass bulbs. 0165 (4)(f)(iii) The licensor observed that the stairway did not have a safety gate allowing children potential access to an unlicensed area. 0165 (5)(a) Licensor observed ten outlets in the childcare space were not tamper-resistant. 0165 (5)(b) Licensor observed the electrical outlet near the bathroom sink was not equipped with a GFCI-type.
